What is this invoice for?
This invoice covers a month of recurring service. Payments are processed automatically on the 1st of each month for the current month of service. NLC Scoops does not charge per visit; service is billed as a monthly subscription based on your selected service frequency.
How does billing work?
Our service starts by prorating the first month you begin with us, plus an initial cleaning charge for additional time and labor. Afterward, you'll be set on convenient auto-pay, with monthly payment automatically billed on the 1st of every new month. Think of it as a hassle-free, ongoing yard care subscription!
How much does service cost each month?
Our pricing is set as a consistent monthly rate, so you don’t have to worry about months with a different amount of days or weeks. We calculate this by taking your per-visit price and multiplying it by the total number of visits per year (for example: 52 for weekly service, 26 for biweekly), then dividing that total by 12 months. This keeps your payments predictable and consistent, making it easier to budget without worrying about surprise costs or extra charges in longer months. With this structure, you get reliable service at a steady price, giving you peace of mind and no risk of overspending.
Why is my first invoice different from future invoices?
The first invoice is prorated based on the remaining scheduled visits in the month service begins. In other words, if you start service in the middle of the month, you are only billed for the remaining service left in that month. Future invoices cover a full month of service and are billed accordingly. Because the first invoice only covers part of a month, and future invoices cover an entire month of service, the amounts are different as we enter into a full month of service.
How do I update my payment method?
